Introduction

MBH-Management, LLC. (dba MedCap Health) (“MedCap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) oversees this website, MedCap Health – Strength at the heart of care (“Site”) and all related services (collectively, our “Services”). We do not sell products or services for purchase by anyone under the age of thirteen (13). In the event that we receive actual knowledge that we have collected such Personal Information without the requisite and verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as is practical.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request and obtain a list of what Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties.
